The first constraint placed on sovereign power by written principle. Led to 800 years of expanding human rights — to assembly, speech, dignity, equality. TH Principles 1-2 are the culmination of this arc.

The US Declaration, French Revolution, and UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights establish the vocabulary of human dignity. Bob's TH Declaration of Humanity is a direct rewrite of these — for a civilization ready to mean it.

The world tried to build a stable monetary system. The Bretton Woods gold standard collapsed in 1971. Fiat currency, central banks, and debt-based money became the operating system of civilization — with the results we see today.

The global financial system nearly collapsed under its own contradictions. Simultaneously, Satoshi Nakamoto published a proof that money could exist without central authority. The first serious infrastructure for Civilization 2.0 appeared.

In November 2022, AI crossed the threshold of general usefulness to non-specialists. Bob identified this as the "steam engine of the mind" — the enabling technology that makes Civilization 2.0 achievable in one generation, not ten.

Phase 0 is the founding sprint: recruiting the first 1,000,000 members across all 10 domains. The first sortition council cannot be drawn until this threshold is reached. Every member now is a co-founder of what comes next.

With millions of members and hundreds of enclaves, TH begins formal negotiations for territorial recognition. Moma becomes a recognized medium of exchange in multiple jurisdictions. The old system begins adapting to the new one.

The new economic, governance, and social system is demonstrably outperforming the old one. The 36 Founding Principles become the foundation of an amendment process already adapted by nations, cities, and international bodies. The arc completes.
