The Founding Principles Oath

A formal digital commitment ceremony. Five steps. 36 Principles. One declaration that you understand what you are building.

Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5

Begin the Ceremony

The Founding Principles Oath is a commitment — to yourself, to the framework, and to the 9 billion people TH is built to serve. It takes five minutes. What it represents lasts a lifetime.

The Foundation — Human Dignity & Rights

The first tier of TH principles affirm what every human being deserves by nature of being human. Affirm each group to continue.

Human Dignity & Equality
Every person has inherent dignity regardless of origin, ability, or contribution level. TH designs for all 9 billion — not the fortunate few.
Principles 1, 2, 3
Fair Economic Architecture
The Human Hour Standard replaces debt-based currency. Moma is contribution-backed. The Catalyst Fund ensures no community is left behind.
Principles 3, 4, 5
Food, Health & Shelter as Rights
Basic survival is not a privilege. The global food mandate, Healthocracy, and Housing Pathway make these guarantees — not aspirations.
Principles 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

Governance, Justice & Technology

The second tier covers how decisions are made, how justice is delivered, and how technology is constrained. Affirm each group.

Sortition & Democratic Governance
Power is distributed by random selection from the eligible, not by wealth, charisma, or inheritance. The ASP is accountable, term-limited, and publicly audited.
Principles 19, 20, 21
Restorative Justice
Justice restores rather than punishes. The new legal architecture removes profit from imprisonment. Every person retains the right to re-enter the community.
Principles 17, 18
Technology as Servant
AI is a tool, never an authority. The Conductor advises; humans decide. Algorithmic systems are transparent, auditable, and revocable. No exceptions.
Principles 23, 24, 25

Read the Oath

This is not a legal contract. It is a personal declaration of what you are committed to building. Read it fully. Then affirm it.

I, , enter this commitment freely and with full understanding of what Team Humanity is building. I affirm that every human being has inherent dignity — that the accident of birth does not determine a person's worth, access to health, food, safety, or the opportunity to reach their full potential. I affirm that the current economic system is broken — not as a judgment of individuals, but as a structural observation. Debt-backed currency, compound interest, and the conversion of survival needs into profit centers have produced a civilization that wastes the majority of its people. I affirm that a better system is possible — that the 36 Founding Principles, derived from 10,000 years of human legal and moral wisdom, provide a workable map for Civilization 2.0. I commit to understanding the framework before advocating for it. I commit to contributing my skills through the HHPA. I commit to respecting the amendment process — and to challenging, through legitimate means, any principle I believe requires revision. I am one of the builders. The wall is real. The work is mine to do.
