The Global Harmony Index is the average of six domain scores, each measured against TH's target state. Every TH community built raises the Food and Ecology scores. Every member who passes Tier 3 examination raises the Governance score. The Moma economy, when operational at scale, raises the Economy score from 31 to a projected 78 within 20 years.
This is not a vanity metric. It is the operational target for everything TH builds.
