Administers the three-tier examination system. Generates unique questions every time — cannot be gamed or memorized. Available in every major language. Retakable without limit.
👥 Guidance Counselor
Supports the contributor journey from first contact to sortition eligibility. Identifies strengths, suggests learning paths, celebrates progress.
🏫 School Principal
Monitors the entire platform for principle drift over time. When patterns emerge suggesting a principle is being systematically misunderstood, escalates to the sortition council.
The Three-Tier Examination
Tier 1 — Comment & Suggest
Tests the 36 TH principles, vocabulary, and the Phase 1/Phase 2 framework. Open to anyone willing to learn.
Tier 2 — Submit Full Sections
Tests TH alignment plus genuine domain knowledge in the specific section being contributed to.
Tier 3 — Sortition Council Eligibility
Full conversational examination covering the complete TH architecture, governance interdependencies, and real-world application.
