Team Humanity has published its complete strategic build plan as a white paper in the Framework Reading Room.
The document — produced in Session 19 — maps the full platform from its current state to a functioning civilizational movement. It covers 50 community and engagement features, 20 interactive calculators and simulators, and a complete communication stack (BuddyPress + bbPress + Rocket.Chat).
The organizing principle is the Inverted Maslow’s Triangle. In TH, transcendence — connection to civilizational purpose — is the foundation. Practical needs organize around meaning, not the other way around. Build in this order:
- Tier 1 — Transcendence: Global Harmony Index, Nine Billion Wall, Civilization 2.0 Live Map, Daily Brief, Impact Amplifier
- Tier 2 — Self-Actualization: Contribution Portfolio, Personal Learning Pathway, AI Study Partner, Skill Mapper
- Tier 3 — Esteem: Contribution Ledger, Merit Badges, Founder’s Circle, Domain Steward Status
- Tier 4 — Belonging: Domain Working Groups, Enclave Finder, Regional Networks, Mentor-Mentee Matching
- Tier 5 — Safety: Principle Compliance Checker, Full Audit Trail, Whistleblower Channel, Succession Protocol
Of the 70 items in the plan, TH has already built 7: Semantic Search, Conductor Query Engine, BuddyPress, Sortition Engine, Commons Exchange, Registration System, and Contribution Portfolio (in progress).
